Once the employee submits the Timesheets, it will be available for their Supervisor and the Admin users. They can;
- Approve Timesheet
- Reject Timesheet
- Edit Timesheet
- Add a Timesheet
Step 1 - Select Time>Time Sheets>Employee Timesheets. Pending Employee Timesheets list screen will appear.
Step 2 – Select the timesheet based on the employee and the week. Click on the employee name to view. The timesheet will appear.
Step 3 – Click Approve or Reject buttons. A confirmation screen will appear. Click Confirm. You can add a comment if needed.
The admin can switch between employee timesheets easily by clicking the Switch Employee icon and selecting the employee name to be switched to.
