Similar Achievers
This analysis compares the performance of the current candidate in interviews and tests to other candidates who have taken similar tests. The comparison is done without considering the vacancy.
The intention of the analysis is to allow recruiters to compare and identify similar performers to people who have already been hired or rejected. This analysis also allows the identification of similar performers from the current vacancy.
This analysis also shows in graphical form, a comparison of the scores of each selected interview/test of the profile owner and the candidate with similar performance.
Filter Achievers
Filtering allows you to tell the system to take only certain interviews/tests into account when looking for similar achievers. For instance, one may decide that the results of a phone interview are irrelevant and exclude that event from the comparison.
Personality Insights Help
This analysis compares the personality of the profile owner with current employees in the company. The intention is for you to identify candidates you like by comparing their personalities to people you already know in the company. We utilize the idea that the text written by the candidate represents their personality. We use twitter data (if available) for the analysis. Twitter streams are retrieved using candidates' twitter handles.
