In an organization, when the candidates have applied for a job post and if they have been shortlisted, selected applicants need to face multiple interviews, tests, etc during the recruitment process.
Following are the stages that each and every candidate is going through during the hiring process. It is possible to change that candidate’s status to one of the following options (based on how the workflow vacancy is defined):
First, you need to go the vacancy list and after that, by clicking this icon in front of the vacancy, it shows who has applied for the particular vacancy.

Once the candidate’s status becomes accepted, you may add that candidate as an employee.
Step 1: Select the employee and click . The 'Add Candidate as Employee' screen appears as below.
Step 2: Complete the necessary fields on this screen and click Save. That employee is added under the employee list in the PIM module.
Once the candidate has been added as an employee, that particular employee's details, such as their profile picture (if available), resume and if there any attachments added under attachment type question, those are tracked on their job history details under PIM module.
