In an organization, when the candidates have applied for a job post and if they have been shortlisted, selected applicants need to face multiple interviews, tests, etc during the recruitment process.
When candidates have applied for a job post and if they have been shortlisted, selected applicants need to face multiple interviews, tests, etc during the recruitment process.
The following are the stages that each and every candidate has to go through during the hiring process. It is possible to change that candidate’s status to one of the following options (based on how the workflow vacancy is defined):
- Pending
- Offered
- Rejected
- Accepted
First, you need to go the vacancy list and click the icon in front of the vacancy. This will show who has applied for that particular vacancy.

Once the candidate’s status becomes accepted, you may add that candidate as an employee.
Step 1: Select the employee and click the . Then the 'Add Candidate as Employee' screen appears as below.
Step 2: Complete the necessary fields on this screen and click Save. Then that relevant employee is added under the employee list in the PIM module.
If the add employee wizard is enabled when clicking the "Save" icon, the system will take the employee through the employee wizard so that the admin or HR manager can fill in the other details of the employee and save in PIM module.
