The Admin can define competencies that describe a set of skills and abilities which are required for the desired level of performance and can be grouped into competency groups. To add competencies, go to Admin > Competencies > Competency List
The Admin can link a set of competencies to an employee group by mapping with their job title & subunit. Select Performance > Competencies > Competency Mapping. The Competency Mapping List will appear.
Step 1 – Click the Add button. Competency Mapping Screen will appear.
Step 2 – Give a name for the group mapping in the Employee group field.
Step 3 – Use the Job Title list and the Sub Unit list to create the employee group you need.
Step 4 – Select the competencies and who should evaluate them from the competency list. As shown in the figure below.
Step 5 – Give weightages for the competencies. Make sure the total is 100.
Step 6 – Click Save.
