The Admin can link a set of competencies to an employee group by mapping with their job title & subunit. Under Competency mapping, the user can create specific employee groups by based on the employee job titles
Refer the following article to learn about how to add competencies
Go to Performance -> Competencies -> Competency Mapping.
Step 1 – Click the Add button. Competency Mapping Screen appears.
Step 2 – Give a name for the group mapping in the Employee group field.
Step 3 – Use the Job Title list and the Sub Unit list to create the employee group you need.
Step 4 – Select the competencies and who should evaluate them from the competency list. As shown in the figure below.
Step 5 – Give weightages for the competencies. Make sure the total is 100.
Step 6 – Click Save.
