The Admin can link a set of competencies to an employee group by mapping with their job title & sub-unit. Under Competency mapping, the user can create specific employee groups by based on the employee job titles

Go to Performance -> Competencies -> Competency Mapping.
Step 1 – Click the Add button. The Competency Mapping Screen appears.
Step 2 – Give a name for the group mapping in the Employee group field.
Step 3 – Use the Job Title list and the Sub Unit list to create the employee group you need.
Step 4 – Select the competencies and the required evaluators from the competency list as shown in the figure below.
Step 5 – Assign weightages for the competencies. Make sure the total amounts to 100.
Step 6 – Click Save.
