Although not recommended by OrangeHRM, some organizations may wish to lower the default
password strength setting of Strong. This is a decision that must be made by clients in
consultation with their IT Security team. If the client discusses internally and agrees that a
change is required, an authorized employee should send the following text to OrangeHRM Gold
Support (goldsupport@orangehrm.com):
