However, it is difficult for a manager to exactly define what method of performance is to be used as it mainly depends on the nature of the job, workload, intensity of the workload, commitment and etc. It is also important for both HR professionals and managers to realize that employees can manipulate performance to a certain extent. Therefore it is important for both these parties to track down such activities. The biggest concern which HR professionals and managers have is to track such situations. With the extended functionality provided by the audit trail feature, HR professionals and managers can now track down these anomalies.
The audit trail now captures the full spectrum of actions in the performance module. This helps the admins to troubleshoot if there is an issue with the appraisals. Below are the sections and actions tracked.

This section tracks the actions of an admin in the master configuration section that affect the performance module as a whole.
