Login error messages could happen due to various reasons such as "User name or Password is invalid" or "Account disabled" etc.
"Account disabled" message comes when the user exists in the system but the employee is disabled from the system. Please contact your HR for more information on this error.
Most frequent mistakes that happen with logins are,
- Sometimes users tend to enter an email address as the user name when the user name is different from the email address.
- Entering the password in Caps Lock.
- Capital Simple letter combination.
- Holding an incorrect password.
