One of your employees may require to change their password for a number of reasons. If they are unable to Reset their Password by themselves, they may raise it to you. At this point, you can follow the steps below to reset the password.
Step 1 - Login to OrangeHRM using your Admin credentials.
Step 2 - Go to Admin > User Management > Users
Step 3 - From the list of Users in the system, find the User Account for which you want to change the password of.
Step 4 - Once you find it, click on the pencil icon next to it and a pop up will appear.
Step 5 - On this pop up window, select the checkbox before 'Change Password' as shown below.
Step 6 - Proceed to enter the new password in the fields 'Password*' and 'Confirm Password*'. Please make sure that these new passwords adhere to OrangeHRM's Password Policy. Once you're done, click on the 'SAVE' button to proceed with the password change.
Step 7 - The User can then proceed to use this newly changed password to login. It is highly recommended to Change the Password upon logging in.
