A password is a basic security mechanism that consists of a secret passphrase created using alphabetic, numeric, alphanumeric and symbolic characters or a combination. A password is used to restrict access to a system, application or service to only those users who have memorized or stored and/or are authorized to use it. Also, a password needs to be changed frequently, preferably on a monthly basis in order to prevent security issues. With OrangeHRM, users can now change their password to something more secure than their previous password with directions provided by the system itself.
Login to OrangeHRM using your Admin credentials and go to Admin > User Management > Users
