9 Box Matrix
9 Box Matrix enables organizations to identify, develop, and retain the talent needed to ensure the future success of the business by developing future leaders.
Succession plans are used to address the inevitable changes that occur and make sure the business is prepared for all contingencies by identifying and training high-potential workers for advancement into key roles.
Once the appraisal is completed, the system displays the employee potential on the appraisal. After the rating the main evaluator is given, the following information is shown per employee by default on the list:
- Employee Profile Image
- Performance Rating
- Potential Rating
