The following functionality is provided as part of the core module. This module is available as part of all OrangeHRM deployments.

Password visibility 

When using OrangeHRM for password authentication, it is now possible to visually review and validate your password as part of the login process. By default, OrangeHRM displays a star (*) as each password character is entered. By selecting the  icon, the password gets displays to allow visual inspection. 

This feature is provided to make it easier for employees to validate their passwords as part of the log-in process.

Reporting for future terminated employees 

This new option provides the ability to filter and view employees who are supposed to be terminated in the future for any report. OrangeHRM facilitate giving the capability to create reports to get the information of employees who are scheduled to terminate the service in the future.

OrangeHRM Buzz privacy updates 

OrangeHRM Buzz is no longer shows the upcoming Birthday section and also the gender in the buzz layout. The main reason is to secure the privacy of the data with regards to GDPR compliance.
