The Recruitment module is already available from OrangeHRM as a separately licensed module. The following functionality is available to all clients who license this module.

Download or print the candidate application form  

The candidate application form can now be downloaded and/or printed for offline evaluation. 

Resume attachment optional

When creating a vacancy for a job posting, it is possible to configure whether the candidate's resume is mandatory or optional for a vacancy. By making the vacancy as a mandatory option, when a user tries to apply for a vacancy, in the application itself shows as the resume is required for the applicant.

Transfer all attachments and photos when hiring the candidate 

Once a “hire” decision is made for a candidate within the recruitment module, it is already possible to create an employee record for this candidate. It is now possible to transfer attachments associated with the candidate during the recruitment process to their employee personnel file. This includes photos and resume.
