Regional admins can assign approvers to requests from any location, even for requests with limited location access. This feature allows the employees to connect globally among the employees from different locations.
Additional fields like "Reason for Relocation/Transfer" and "Preferred Location of Transfer" are considered custom fields, and their presence or specifics may differ depending on how the HR administrator has incorporated them. These custom fields are subject to variation based on the request forms.
How to submit resignation requests
The purpose of submitting the Resignation Request feature in the Orange HRM system is to introduce a critical step in the resignation process. It formalizes the employee's decision to resign, initiates HR workflows, ensures standardization and documentation, and helps maintain the privacy and security of sensitive information. These types will be based on the types that the admin has created on the system.
