Employee Information Requests now support the transfer of additional job details such as work schedule, EEO job category, cost center, FLSA exempt status, and comments, alongside the basic job fields. The expanded fields from the Job Custom field section include effective dates, events, and other relevant job data. This enhancement streamlines HR processes by ensuring comprehensive and accurate data management, making job-related information more accessible and easily manageable within the system.
New filters for employee requests have been implemented across General, Employee Management, and Hiring request lists, providing greater control and flexibility in managing requests. These filters allow users to sort by employee status (active, inactive, or all), job title, and sub-unit, and toggle between showing archived or active requests. This enhancement aligns with product standards and offers a more efficient way to manage and access specific employee information.
