When a company announces a job opening, it often receives many applications, making it difficult and time-intensive for HR teams to manage and keep track of candidates. To address this challenge, OrangeHRM provides a powerful feature that simplifies candidate tracking.
This tool helps users efficiently organize and monitor applications, significantly easing the hiring process. It is particularly useful for shortlisting candidates, enabling HR teams to focus on selecting the right talent quickly and effectively. With OrangeHRM, handling applications becomes more streamlined, hassle-free, and productive.
To access the Candidate Sources, navigate through the following.
Step 1 - Go to Recruitment > Configuration > Candidate Source
How to Add Candidate Source
To add Candidate Sources click on this Add Candidate Source button.
Once you click Add Candidate Source, the Add Candidate Source window will be displayed. In this window, you can enter the desired name in the Source Display Name field and add the URL(s) in the URL Pattern section.
To add multiple URLs, simply separate each URL with a comma.
How to Edit/ Delete Candidate Source
To edit an existing Candidate Source, hover your mouse over the source you wish to edit. An edit button will appear; click on the edit button to make changes.
You can edit the displayed name and the URL that you have already added. Once you have made the changes, click the Save button to apply the edits.
To delete a Candidate Source, hover your mouse over the desired source. When the delete button appears, click it to remove the source.
To confirm the deletion, click the Yes, Delete button.
