The training stage of an employee's life cycle is crucial. Mostly because it aids them in gaining information about their field of employment. It also aids employees in the development of new talents or the enhancement of existing ones. As a result, they've become completely sculpted all-rounders. Employees, on the other hand, need to attend these training courses and sessions in order to accomplish the aforementioned goals. 

To access this feature go to Training -> Participating Sessions.

Once the admin has created a course and assigned you as participant you can view the sessions you have been assigned to.

You can see the specifics of the course you need to attend here, and you can read the materials the Admin has posted by clicking the attachment icon.

Session Ratings 

Once the session is conducted by the trainer you can acknowledge that you have attended the training and give the rating and add feedback of the session under the comment section and save
