Buzz Kudos feature addition

Our new Kudos feature focuses on pure employee recognition rather than on rewards. It helps businesses to embrace a global culture - allowing coworkers to recognize each other, understand their values and behaviors, and how all of this relates to a more cohesive working relationship, independent of geographic location. Furthermore, the brand promotes visibility of performance and also helps managers to work with employees in supporting their long-term growth and alignment with the organization. 

Having access to a virtual platform to recognize employees and promote communication is more important than ever with many workers now working remotely, balancing home life with work obligations. In our latest version, you can now choose from a variety of Kudos templates when awarding kudos to an employee. The employee with the highest number of kudos can be viewed under the “Most No of Kudos” section.
