The Performance module is already available from OrangeHRM as a separately licensed module. The following new functionality is available to all clients who have licensed this module.
Goal usability improvements
We have incorporated the following additional features for this release.
- It is now possible to send the Goal Email Reminder manually for individual Goals/OKR’s or in Bulk
- Configure the Manual Goal Reminder Notification and Edit the Manual Goal Reminder template
When creating employee performance reviews, you may specify the objectives or goals the individual must meet in order to achieve their targets for the year. You may explicitly set a deadline for the completion of the goals while defining them. If you are a manager with departmental objectives to meet but tasks/sub-goals have also been allocated to your subordinates/ workers, you may need to remind those employees about these goals which are required in order to meet targets. To assist with this, OrangeHRM now allows you to manually send a reminder email notification to the goal owner at any stage. This can be done for goals or objectives, sub-goals, or key results.
Also, should you wish to send the goal reminders to employees in bulk, this can also be easily accomplished by selecting the required goals from the goal list and executing the manual reminder.
If there is a goal with different owners assigned for the sub-goals or An objective with multiple key results which has been assigned among the team you can go to an individual Goal, Subgoal, Objective, or Key result and send a separate goal reminder notification.
