Publishing job vacancies to LinkedIn through OrangeHRM allows organizations to effortlessly reach a wider pool of talent. With a simple click, your job openings are posted directly to your company’s LinkedIn profile, making it easy for candidates to discover and apply. This seamless integration enhances visibility, simplifies the recruitment process, and connects you with qualified professionals right where they are actively looking for opportunities.

Step 01 - To create a vacancy, you need to go through Recruitment -> Vacancies -> Add Vacancy

To enable this feature, please reach out to your implementation consultant or contact our support team at goldsupport@orangehrm.com.

Step 02 - Navigate to the Job Posting tab. Using the text editor, add a description and any desired images to the Job Posting, then click Save.

Step 03 - You can publish the job vacancy directly to LinkedIn. Simply click the 'Publish' button.

Step 04 - Your job post will appear under your company’s LinkedIn profile, increasing visibility to a wider professional audience. Interested candidates can view the posting directly on LinkedIn and apply seamlessly, allowing you to attract top talent and streamline the recruitment process.

Step 05 - This allows candidates to easily apply through the LinkedIn platform. Click the Apply button on LinkedIn, and you will be redirected to the job application form on your company's career portal. 

From there, candidates can complete and submit their applications quickly and easily.

Step 06 - Once the candidate fills out the application form and clicks Save and Submit via LinkedIn, HR admins can view the submitted application directly within OrangeHRM. The candidate's details will automatically appear in the Recruitment module under the Candidate section.

Step 07 - You can see that all the candidate’s details have been successfully added to the application, including personal information, resume, and any other fields completed through LinkedIn.
