OrangeHRM's Survey Module makes it easy for employees to provide valuable feedback through a smooth and user-friendly experience. Whether it's for training sessions, engagement checks, or internal feedback, completing a survey is quick and simple.
Step 1: Receive the Survey Invitation
Once an HR admin launches a survey campaign, you’ll receive an automated email invitation containing a direct link to the survey. These surveys are optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
Step 2: Access the Survey Form
Click the link in the email to open the survey form. You will be redirected to a secure survey page. If the survey is anonymous, your identity will not be tracked or recorded. (The following content is based on a sample survey template that has been created in the system)
Step 3: Answer the Questions
The survey will include different types of questions, such as:

Short Text

Paragraph

Rating Scale (stars or numbers)
Each survey is customized based on the objective, whether you're rating a recent training, giving feedback on team collaboration, or sharing preferences for upcoming events.
Answer all the required questions. Once you’ve answered all the questions, click the Submit button.
Step 4: Submit Your Responses
Upon clicking, you’ll be redirected to a confirmation page stating: “Your response has been recorded," indicating to users that they have submitted the survey successfully.
