OrangeHRM streamlines the appraisal review process with an AI-powered feature that consolidates feedback from multiple reviewers into a single, summarized view. Designed specifically for Final Reviewers, this enhancement gathers comments related to goals, sub-goals, OKRs, competencies, development goals, and appraisal questions. By providing a clear and concise summary of all inputs, it enables faster evaluations, reduces manual effort, and ensures a more holistic understanding of employee performance.

Step 1 - Navigate to the Performance Module and go to the Appraisal List.

Step 2 - Click on the Filter Button to narrow down and view only the appraisals that you need to evaluate. This helps you quickly access relevant records and manage your appraisal tasks efficiently.

Step 3 - As the Final Evaluator, select the appraisal you wish to evaluate from the filtered appraisal list. This allows you to review and finalize feedback efficiently based on the relevant appraisal records.

You will see the peer and self-reviews listed along with their comments.

Step 4 -To generate an AI-based summary of these appraisal comments, click on the "Comment" button and click on the "Get AI Help" button, and then click the "Save" button.

This will provide you with a consolidated summary of the feedback based on input from other reviewers, helping you make a more informed final evaluation.

Step 5 - To submit the evaluation, click the "Submit" button. A confirmation message will appear; click "Yes" to proceed. Once submitted, the final score will be displayed on the page.
