In addition, the system auto-generates a summarized version of each candidate’s resume, highlighting key strengths such as achievements, technical expertise, and professional background.
This enhancement allows hiring managers and admins to regenerate the Job Fit score when needed. With the new “Regenerate Job Fit” option, users can trigger a recalculation anytime after making updates to a candidate’s profile or vacancy. This ensures the Job Fit score remains accurate and relevant, empowering more informed and up-to-date hiring decisions.

Navigate to the Recruitment Module and go to the candidates section, and select the "Applications Received" section.
You will see the Job Fit label change to “Processing…” when you update the vacancy. This indicates that the system is recalculating the Job Fit score based on the new vacancy details.
Once completed, the updated score will be displayed automatically.
Admins can view a detailed view of how well the candidate fits the job based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
Additionally, a summarized version of the candidate's resume is displayed, highlighting key accomplishments and relevant information.
