Step 1 - To access this feature, navigate to the Goals module and click on the "Create Goals" button. Once clicked, the "Add Goals" page will appear, allowing users to begin creating goals.
Step 3 - Users can view the AI-generated goals for the selected employee. Click on a goal to expand and see more details. You can edit the goal name and update the due date as needed. Additionally, the goal description can be modified to better align with your expectations or organizational context.
Step 4 - Here, you have the option to select which goals you want to assign to the employee. Choose the desired goals from the list and click the "Save" button to assign them.
Step 5 - The selected goals have been successfully assigned to the employee.
