The Buzz feed is now fully accessible through the OrangeHRM mobile app, enabling employees to engage with their workplace community anytime, anywhere. With this enhancement, users can:

• Post updates directly from their mobile devices, share news, achievements, or thoughts instantly with colleagues.

• React to posts using emojis and likes, fostering a sense of connection and team spirit.

• Comment and interact on updates just as they would on the web version, promoting real-time conversations and collaboration.

• Stay informed by viewing important announcements or team discussions while on the move.

This feature helps enhance internal communication and employee engagement by keeping everyone connected, whether they're in the office, working remotely, or on the field.

Step 01 - Navigate to the Side Panel. Select Buzz from the Side Panel. You can create posts by adding photos and videos.

How to Post Kudos and React to Content

Step 02 - To post Kudos, click on the "Kudos" button. This will open a new screen where you can select the recipient, choose a Kudos badge, and add a personalized message. Once completed, click Send to share your appreciation, and your Kudos post will then appear on the Buzz feed for others to see and engage with.

Step 03 - You can engage with posts by clicking the Like button to react, or use the Comment button to share your thoughts or provide feedback.

Step 04 - To add a comment, type your message in the comment field and click the arrow button to submit it. Once the comment is added, it will appear below the post, showing your comment along with the time, date, and your name.

Step 05 - To upload photos, go to the Photos and select the images you want to upload. Add a description in the provided field, then click the "Post" button.

Once submitted, the post will appear in the feed.

Step 07 - To upload videos, go to the Videos section, paste the video URL, add a description, and click the Post button. The video will then appear in the feed.

Step 08 - To view your profile, click on your profile picture located at the top-left corner of the screen. From there, you can see how many likes, comments, and shares your posts have received.

Step 09 - Admins have the privilege to delete posts if anything inappropriate is posted. To delete posts, click the three dots located in the top left corner of the post and then click “Delete.”
