Optional Columns for Leave Calendar and Entitlements Used
Overview
Two new columns, Entitlements Used and View Leave Calendar, can now be enabled in the Leave List, giving supervisors and admins better context before approving or rejecting requests.
Key Benefits
- The Entitlements Used column summarises leave already taken or planned.
- View Leave Calendar opens a calendar view of the employee’s full leave history.
- Helps in managing overlapping requests and team coverage planning.
- Included in Leave List export reports for record-keeping.
