Step 01 - Navigate to the "Employee Voice" Module and go to the Types List.
(Note: These are pre-defined Employee Voice types in the system. Users do not have permission to edit them.)
How to Add Types
Step 02 - Click on the "Grievance Type" button. Upon clicking, the following screen will appear.
Step 03 - Use the table below as a reference when completing this form. Once completed, click on the "Save" button.
Field Name | Description |
| Type Name | Enter a name for your type. |
| Template | Select a Template from the dropdown. |
| Anonymity | Set whether anonymity should be enabled or disabled for this type. |
| Locations | Select the locations where you want this to be available. |
How to edit or delete a type
Step 04 - Hover the cursor over the type you want to edit or delete.
Step 05 - To Edit a Type, click the "Edit" button, make the necessary changes, and click "Save."
Step 06 - To Delete a Type, click the "Delete" button. Click the "Yes, Delete" button to confirm the deletion.
How to configure the types list
Step 07 - To configure the types list, click on the "Configure" button. Once you click the button, the "Type List Configuration" screen will appear.
