Step 01 - Navigate to the "Employee Voice" Module and go to the Employee Records. Here, you can see the list of Records submitted by employees.
Step 02 - You can review the Employee Voice Records that are submitted. As the HR Admin, once the case is concluded, you can mark the Record as "Resolved."
Select the Employee Voice Record that you want to resolve from the list and click on the "Edit" button.
Step 03 - Once you click the button, the detailed view of the submitted Employee Voice Record will open.
HR Admins can perform key actions on Employee Voice Records, such as setting the priority, adding comments, and either saving the Employee Voice Record or marking it as resolved to conclude the case.
Step 04 - To set the priority, click the dropdown, and then you can see the options as High, Medium, and Low.
Step 05 - Under the "HR/Action Owner Comments," you can add the relevant information related to the Employee Voice Record as a comment.
Click on the "Save" button to save the Employee Voice Record, or else click on "Resolve" to conclude the Employee Voice Record. These comments are hidden from employees by default, and their visibility can be configured via Workflow Permissions.
Step 06 - Once you resolve the Employee Voice Record, you can see that the Status of the record has been updated to "Resolved."
How to Apply Filters for Employee Voice Records
Step 07 - To filter the Employee Voice Records, click on the "Filter Records" button as shown in the screen below.
Step 08 - Upon clicking the button, the "Filter Records" screen will appear.
Step 09 - Use the table below as a reference to fill up the above fields. Once completed, click on the "Search" button.
