Step 01 - Navigate to the Recruitment Module and go to the Candidates Section.
In the Candidate List, you may notice a flagged icon in front of certain candidates' profile pictures. This icon indicates that the candidate has been flagged for special attention, such as duplicate applicants, past employees, or previous applicants, so recruiters can take appropriate actions during the hiring process.
Step 03 - When you click on the flag icon in front of candidate "Nicolas Ferraro," you'll see that he is marked as a duplicate candidate, and his last employment date was June 7, 2023.
Step 04 - When you click on the flag icon in front of Martin Owens, you can identify that he is both a past employee and a duplicate candidate. Additionally, you can view the position he applied for, the current recruitment stage he is in, and his last employment date.
