Step 01 - You first have to allow Citra AI to be installed by your organization.

Note: To set up Citra AI on Microsoft Teams, ensure you are logged in to Microsoft Teams using your company account, not a personal Microsoft account.

Step 02 - Use this link to access Citra AI on Microsoft Marketplace, and follow the steps below to install Citra AI on Microsoft Teams.

Step 03 - Once a user installs Citra AI on their Microsoft Teams, they will see the following configuration step.

Step 04 - In this step, the administrator should provide the OrangeHRM URL and click the “Save Configuration” button. 

Note: Do not use the URL of the UAT instance here. Only use the URL of the production instance. If you wish to use the URL of the UAT instance, speak to your implementation consultant.
