Step 01 - You have to first add Citra AI to Microsoft Teams.
Note: To set up Citra AI on Microsoft Teams, ensure you are logged in to Microsoft Teams using your company account, not a personal Microsoft account.
Step 02 - Use this link to access Citra AI on Microsoft Marketplace, and follow the steps below to install Citra AI on Microsoft Teams.
Step 03 - After Citra AI is added, it will first ask you to log in to OrangeHRM.
Step 04 - At this point, the user should click on the “Login to OrangeHRM” button, and the user needs to log in to OrangeHRM using username/password credentials or SSO login.
Step 05 - Upon successful login, you will see the following screen, which is asking for your consent to delegate OrangeHRM access to Microsoft Teams. Click the “Grant Full Access” button to give permission to Microsoft Teams.
Step 06 - After you provide the permission to Microsoft Teams, you will see the following confirmation screen. You can close this screen, or it will automatically close after 5 seconds and go back to Microsoft Teams chat.
Step 07 - After successfully completing the above steps, you can start chatting with Citra AI.
