This report shows the employee's monthly attendance record over a period of time. The report represents the attendance data of an employee for each day for a whole month. The holidays and weekends will be marked in the report.
The report also represents whether the employee was on leave for a particular leave along with the leave type.
Only records associated with active employees are displayed for the selected date. Partial records are shown with a duration value of zero if a past employee is selected to view in the reports.
For example, the user has terminated an employee on 13th August 2019 and rehired him on the 22nd of August 2019. The records between the 13th to 22nd are not available because the employee is not considered as an active employee in the system.
