OrangeHRM OTM certificates download feature has significant value for both HR administrators and employees. For HR Admins, it reduces administrative overhead by empowering employees to retrieve their own certificates, eliminating routine requests, and allowing HR to focus on more strategic tasks. It also ensures a centralized, verifiable digital record of employee qualifications. For employees (ESS), it provides immediate access to their achievements directly from their mobile device, fostering a sense of ownership over their professional development and enabling them to easily provide proof of certification.

Step 01 - From the Dashboard, locate the Side Panel. The side panel is represented by a menu icon (☰) on the left side of your screen. 

Step 02 - Navigate to the "Employee Management" section and go to My Info.

Step 03 - Under My Info, navigate to Qualifications and select Certificates.

Step 04 - In the Certificates section, you will find a list of all the certificates you have achieved for the courses you have completed.

Step 05 - To download a specific certificate, simply slide left on the desired certificate row and then tap the Download button that appears.

 The certificate will then be downloaded directly to your device.
