Enhance clarity and close the loop in your performance appraisal process with a structured Employee Acknowledgement Workflow. This feature allows employees to formally acknowledge their completed review or request clarification on feedback before finalizing it.
Step 01 - Navigate to the Performance module, go to My Appraisals, and select the appraisal for which you want to view the final reviewer’s rating.
Step 02 -You can now view the ratings given by your main evaluator.
Step 03 - Click the dropdown located below the full score. Here, you will see three options:
Read - you can get a detailed view of the appraisal by the read option.
Acknowledge Review – select this if you accept the final ratings given by your evaluator.
Ask for Clarification – choose this if you need more information or clarification on the ratings.
Download Appraisal – use this option to download the appraisal document.
Step 04 - Upon clicking the Read button, the following screen will appear.
Step 05 - If you click Ask for Clarification, the Appraisal Comment screen will appear, allowing you to add details or specify the points for which you need further clarification.
Step 06 - This action will notify the Final Evaluator that the employee has requested clarification, and the appraisal status will be updated to “Clarification Requested.”
Step 07 - If you have already requested clarification, your available options will be limited to Read, Download, and Acknowledge the Review. Click on Acknowledge the Review to confirm.
Step 08 - Provide the reasons for acknowledging the comment.
Step 09 - Once you acknowledge the appraisal, the status will change to Employee Acknowledged.
