    How to Create Detailed and Summarized Survey Reports

    How to Access the Detailed and Summary Reports 
     
    Step 1 - Click the 'Detailed Report' button to view the feedback received for the specific survey campaign.  2025-05-20 18_05_29-Surveys.png
    Upon clicking, the responses received will be displayed below, based on the survey questions configured in the system. The user can access the filters given in the report to further narrow down the results.
    These results can be downloaded in PDF and CSV formats by clicking the respective buttons.

    Step 2 - Click the 'Summary Report' button to view the feedback received for the specific survey campaign.

    This report provides users with a graphical overview of the collected responses, including measurable data points. The visual charts can be downloaded, making it easier to present the insights to management.
    Built-in filters allow users to further narrow down the results for more targeted analysis. Additionally, the report can be exported in PDF and CSV formats using the respective download buttons.

    Employee participant and submission counts can now be viewed through the Summary reports.

    Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture - Named Survey - Detailed Survey Report

    The State of Submission is now available in Detailed Reports for Named Surveys. Reports can also be generated based on submission status: "All","Not Submitted", or "Submitted".

    Users can now export individual survey responses to a PDF. Scroll the table to the right, and under Actions, click the “Download as PDF” button.
