The Job State Change View has been enhanced to provide richer and more accurate data for tracking employee job state transitions. These improvements support more detailed workforce analytics within existing Power BI dashboards, enabling better visibility into job movement trends across the organization.

Improved Organizational Hierarchy and Job Custom Field History

The Organizational Hierarchy view has been improved to reflect the structure across reporting lines, supporting hierarchy-based workforce analysis and organisation-chart visualisation in Power BI. A new view also exposes updated job custom field values, so changes to job-level custom data can be tracked and analysed in your existing dashboards.
