Attendance View (Enhancement)
Includes actual punch-in and punch-out times and dates to enhance the existing Attendance Analysis Dashboard.
Organizational Hierarchy View
A new Organizational Hierarchy View has been introduced to the Power BI integration, providing data that reflects the organizational structure across reporting lines. This view enables HR teams to build and enhance dashboards with accurate hierarchy-based analysis, supporting workforce planning and organizational design decisions.
What it includes
The Organizational Hierarchy View exposes one row per employee–supervisor link across the organisation, allowing dashboards to traverse and aggregate up and down the reporting structure. Typical fields available include:
- Employee ID, Employee Name, Job Title
- Supervisor Employee ID, Supervisor Name
- Reporting Method (Direct / Indirect)
- Sub Unit, Location
- Employment Status
- Hierarchy Depth (level from the top of the structure)
- Effective From / Effective To dates of the reporting relationship
Job State Change View
The Job State Change View has been enhanced to provide richer and more accurate data for tracking employee job state transitions. These improvements support more detailed workforce analytics within existing Power BI dashboards, enabling better visibility into job movement trends across the organization.
What it includes
The view now captures additional context for every job state change event, including:
- Previous State and New State (with full reason codes, where available)
- Effective Date of the change
- Initiated By (the user who recorded the change)
- Reason / Comment
- Linked Recruitment Vacancy or Internal Transfer record, where applicable
- Whether the change was retroactive (Effective Date earlier than Recorded Date)
- Historical job state changes recorded before 8.1 are reprocessed on first refresh after the upgrade so existing dashboards reflect the enriched data automatically.
- Edge cases around terminations followed by rehires are now correctly modelled as two separate state-change events (previously merged in some scenarios).
- Multi-day batch changes are now captured with per-employee timestamps rather than a single batch timestamp, improving the precision of trend analysis.
