Appraisals now support a wider range of question types, giving you more flexibility in how evaluation input is captured. When adding a question, choose the Question Type that fits:

• Text-based — the evaluator types their answer in a text field.
• Multiple Choice — the evaluator picks from a set of options.
• Rating — the evaluator scores against a scale.
