Feature Overview

Attendance exceptions that are waiting for your review now appear in the My Actions widget on your dashboard, so pending compliance items are visible as soon as you log in instead of having to open the Exception Records screen. Tired of hunting through the Exception Records list to see what needs attention? This widget brings the outstanding items to you.

How It Works

1. Open your Dashboard. The My Actions widget shows your pending items.

   

2. Look for Pending Attendance Exception Records to Review. This shows the exceptions awaiting your action.

   

3. Click through to review and act on them.

   

Note: The widget shows exceptions for the previous full week and the current week up to today.

Note: You only see exceptions for employees you are authorised to manage. Supervisors can choose to see only their direct reports' exceptions using the "Only Show My Subordinates' Attendance Exception Records" option.
