Citra Analytics
Citra now delivers analytical capability over employee information, allowing HR teams to surface workforce insight through plain-language questions rather than constructing reports.
Four analysis areas are supported at launch — Attrition Rate Analysis, Missing Employee Information Analysis, Retirement Risk Analysis, and Broken Reporting Line Analysis — each returning either a narrative summary or a tabular breakdown, with details of each listed below.
Attrition Rate Analysis - calculates turnover across a selected period, with supporting breakdowns.
Missing Employee Information Analysis - highlights incomplete employee records requiring attention.
Retirement Risk Analysis - identifies the proportion of the workforce approaching retirement age.
Broken Reporting Line Analysis - surfaces employees with missing or invalid supervisor assignments.
Responses are constrained to the requesting user's permitted data scope, and the service is configured through a dedicated set of administrative settings (base URL, client credentials and timeout).
Help Portal Agent
Citra can now retrieve and answer questions using the published content of the OrangeHRM Help Portal, removing the need for users to search product documentation manually.
Answers are sourced from live Help Center articles rather than a static knowledge snapshot.
Contextual responses are returned with references to the underlying articles.
Citra Attendance Compliance Tracking Enhancements
Building on the compliance tracking introduced in Version 8.1, Citra now covers two additional violation types, giving HR Administrators and Supervisors instant role-aware compliance insight without generating a report.
Early Departure tracking - identifies employees who punched out before their scheduled shift end.
Excess Work Duration tracking - identifies employees whose actual work time exceeded configured maximum limits.
Both violation types support plain-language queries with mandatory filters for compliance type and date range, and optional filters for employee name, sub unit and location.
Frequency and trend analysis is supported, allowing users to query for frequent and consecutive violations.
All responses adhere to the requesting user's permitted scope, so Administrators and Supervisors see only employees they are authorised to manage.
OrangeHRM MCP Support
OrangeHRM information can now be accessed through public chat agents such as Claude and ChatGPT via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). A dedicated MCP endpoint exposes a curated set of OrangeHRM tools to an authenticated external client.
Access is authenticated and constrained by the permissions of the account the connection is bound to.
Tool definitions are versioned and checksum-controlled to prevent unintended drift between releases.
