Directory - Configurable Visibility for Different User Roles
The information presented in the Directory can be configured per user role through Data Group Permissions, giving Administrators control over which employee details are exposed to each audience.
Enhancements to Custom Tab Configurations
Custom tab configuration has been extended, including refinements to how custom field sections are ordered and managed.
Filtering in Custom Tabs with Multi-Value Data
Custom tabs holding multiple values per field can be filtered, so records can be narrowed even where a field contains more than one value per employee.
Date Range Filtering for Date Custom Fields
Custom tabs holding multiple values per field can be filtered, so records can be narrowed even where a field contains more than one value per employee.
Compensation Structure
A compensation structure capability is delivered, allowing an employee's compensation to be set and subsequently changed through a defined workflow, with each transition captured in Salary History.
Two system-defined Salary History events are introduced: Set Compensation Structure and Change Compensation Structure. Both are read-only and cannot be renamed or deleted.
Salary component history and base pay component mapping are captured, providing a full record of compensation composition over time.
Pay basis, pay frequency and their permitted combinations are configurable, with defaults seeded during upgrade.
Compensation-related document tokens are available for both PIM and Recruitment document templates.
Ability to Configure Name Format
Administrators can configure how employee names are displayed across the system, so naming conventions align with organisational and regional preference. Support for LATAM naming conventions is included, with dedicated paternal and maternal surname fields and corresponding audit coverage.
