New Employee Information Views
Eight new views extend the employee data available to Power BI dashboards, providing a fuller picture of each employee record. Improvements have also been made to the existing Employee view.
Emergency Contacts, Immigration, Memberships, Work Experience, Education, Skills, Languages and Licenses.
Improved Organizational Hierarchy View
The Organizational Hierarchy view has been improved, providing data that reflects the organisational structure across reporting lines. This enables hierarchy-based workforce analysis and organisation chart visualisation within Power BI dashboards.
New Job Custom Field Value History View
A new view exposes updated job custom field values, allowing changes to job-level custom data to be tracked and analysed within existing dashboards.
Mobile Usage & Candidate Stage History
Two additional views extend Power BI reporting into mobile engagement and recruitment progression.
- Mobile Usage view – captures mobile app activity per user per day, showing the date and the number of API calls made, giving visibility into mobile adoption.
- Candidate Stage History view – tracks a candidate's progression through recruitment stages (Application Received → Shortlisted → Interview → Job Offer → Hired), showing the actual date/time each stage was reached, ordered correctly by stage level.
