If your organization uses the Roster module, you can ask Citra Analytics about shifts. Admins and Shift Managers can ask, and each person sees only the shifts they can see on the roster.
| You can ask about | Example |
|---|---|
| How many shifts there are | "How many shifts do we have by location?" |
| Assigned and unassigned shifts, and the fill rate | "How many unassigned shifts are there next week?" |
| Published and unpublished shifts | "What percentage of shifts are published?" |
| Scheduled hours | "How many hours are scheduled by location in September?" |
Note: You can ask about future periods, such as next week or next month. If you do not give a period, the answer covers the whole roster and says which dates it covers.
Note: Location means the shift group's location. To ask about where employees are based, say so, for example "shifts for employees based in Austin".
Note: Scheduled hours do not include breaks. Coverage is reported as total scheduled hours.
Note: If an answer shows Restricted, some shifts belong to employees whose job details you are not allowed to see. Those shifts are counted, but not broken down.
Note: Shift groups are named with their location, for example "Hematology Lab (New York)". If a name matches more than one location, Citra asks which one you mean.
Note: Citra Analytics does not answer questions about your own shifts or about shift swaps. Use the Roster screens for these.
