Introduction of Competency Profiles
In this release, additional improvements have been added to the performance module in order to optimize the usability of the module for the user. To simplify the performance appraisal creation process OrangeHRM has introduced competency profiles and this will be the base for upcoming talent management related improvements. This functionality allows users to define suitable competencies based on the employee’s job title.
Based on the employee’s job title, now the admin user can create different competency profiles for each job title. i.e. the user can define the competencies for each job title as shown below on the screen.
