The OrangeHRM Mobile application continues to evolve and has been updated to incorporate the time module from 6.5.14 product releases. The following are the features that are available in the time module.
- Create timesheets on behalf of the employee
- Search for employee timesheets
- Perform action over Employee timesheets
- View the overall progress of the projects that the employee has worked on
- Visualize the durations of the activities
- Show the pay hour breakdown (If enabled )
- View attendance Record
User Level Accessibility for the Modules
- Admin, the Supervisor user role has access to perform an action over employee timesheets.
As an admin or a supervisor user, you can perform an action over your employees/subordinates' timesheets as well as create your own timesheets through the mobile application. The user can navigate to the Timesheets by tapping on the three-bar or swaps the screen from left to right.
Select Menu-> Employee Timesheets
From the filter option, user can filter the timesheets that they need to perform an action for and view the timesheet of the particular employee and perform the action.
User can filter the employee timesheets by employee names, subunit, location, timesheet period, current and past employees, timesheet status etc.
When the user in a particular employee timesheet and needs to switch to another employee's timesheet, by clicking this icon you can enter the employee’s name and go to that employee’s timesheet.
From your mobile device, Open the OrangeHRM enterprise mobile application and select the time module from the navigation panel on the left-hand side. Next, select Employee Attendance.
You can see the employee attendance records for the selected date period. By default, the application shows the employee attendance data for the current week.
If you wish to search for a particular employee’s attendance details you can simply enter the employee's name in here and click search.
If you want to search for attendance records for a past period, you can switch the weeks by using the date period field.
In the employee attendance screen, information relating to the employee name, and the total number of hours that they have worked for the selected date period is captured. When you select an employee, the application will direct you to the attendance summary of that selected employee.
By clicking the Attendance details you will see the detailed view of the punch in and out record information for individual days by switching days in the attendance details screen. If an employee has applied for a Leave and that Leave falls within that period, this will be reflected in the attendance summary screen and also in the attendance details screen.
