The OrangeHRM Mobile application continues to evolve and has been updated to incorporate the time module from the 6.5.14 product releases. The following are the features that are available in the time module.
- Create timesheets on behalf of the employee.
- Search for employee timesheets.
- Perform action over Employee timesheets.
- View the overall progress of the projects the employee has worked on.
- Visualize the durations of the activities.
- Perform an action over employee timesheets.
As an admin or a supervisor user, you can perform an action over your employees'/subordinates' timesheets and create your timesheets through the mobile application. The user can navigate the Timesheets by tapping the three-bar or swapping the screen from left to right.
Select Menu->TIME TRACKING -> Employee Timesheets
Employee timesheets are displayed in a list. Supervisors and admins can filter timesheets to focus on specific data using the filter options.

Select the employee and navigate to their details. Supervisors and admins can approve or reject timesheets directly.
When the user is in a particular employee timesheet and needs to switch to another employee's timesheet, by clicking this icon you can enter the employee’s name and go to that employee’s timesheet.
Navigate to the My Timesheets section.
Select the desired timesheet period using the left or right arrows. Tap the Create Timesheet button to add a new timesheet.
Next, select the "Daily Time Entries" option and then select the date that you want to add the time for and click the “Plus” icon. In the Add entry screen, select the project that you want to add the time to and the activity. You can record the duration for a particular activity by tapping the "Duration" option in the summary timesheet and in the detailed timesheet you can select "From" and "To" time options to record the duration. Tap Save to confirm the add time entry.
Once the timesheet is created, tap the Submit button. A confirmation message will appear. Tap Yes to finalize the submission.
This streamlined process ensures efficient time tracking and management through the mobile application, benefiting both employees and supervisors.
