It is very important for evaluators to evaluate the created appraisal form and provide unbiased feedback along with ratings. Once feedback and ratings are provided by the evaluators, the employees can identify their actual performance. This should help them to further enhance their performance or take necessary corrective actions to completely uplift their performance to a much better position.
For example, once your supervisor or head of the department has created a goal for you, the system notifies the user their supervisor/HOD has created an appraisal for them.
Go to Performance -> Appraisals -> My Appraisals.
