Document Template improvements

With this new release, it is now possible to download the job offer letters, probation end letters, visa letters, etc in DOCX file format. This capability now facilitates the quick and easy editing of PIM document templates and Disciplinary documents if required via Microsoft Word. Previously, the only available format was PDF.
