Conducting employee trainings being a critical factor in an employee's life cycle, it can be very crucial for the conductor to provide their valuable feedback on the session and mark the completion of training sessions.
These feedback and ratings can be important in restructuring sessions, updating session formats to make more impact on employees and create a well nurtured employee to provide his full potential.
To access this feature go to Training -> Conducting Sessions.
Once the admin has created a course and assigned you as participant you can view the sessions you have been assigned to conduct.

You can see the specifics of the course you need to conduct here, and you can read the materials the Admin has posted by clicking the attachment icon.
Session Ratings
Once the session is conducted, you can acknowledge that you have completed the training and give the rating and add feedback of the session under the comment section and save
