Overview

To streamline the onboarding experience and ensure clear communication, the welcome emails have been redesigned and categorized into three types:

• Employee Welcome Email (to Employee)
   
• Employee Welcome Email (to Subscriber)
   
• Preboarding Initiation Email (formerly ‘Preboarding Welcome Email’)

• Subscriber emails now include the employee's profile picture, ID, name, job title, supervisor, work email, and contact number.
