- Visual icons and tooltips indicate if a candidate is a past employee or a previous applicant—visible in both the Candidate List and Profile views.
- The system dynamically updates candidate status based on email address matching.
- When you click on the icon or tooltip, a popover displays key details such as:
- Termination date for past employees.
- Details of previously applied vacancies for duplicate applicants.
