A timesheet is a record of the amount of time an employee has spent, on a particular job, project, or specific client. Timesheets include very important information for managers to measure employee performance during the year. Employees have the ability to submit timesheets and the admin or the supervisors are able to review them accordingly.
First, Go to Select Time Tracking > Timesheets > Employee Timesheets.
All employee timesheets will be displayed as below. This screen captures the employee name, timesheet period, the status of the timesheet, and the total time spent.
By selecting the timesheet record, the admin/supervisor user can go to the relevant timesheet and review the timesheet.
Filter Employee Timesheets
This feature is useful as it enables the supervisors to easily track which subordinate has submitted the timesheets and not. It also allows the supervisor to search for employee timesheets using the filter capabilities.
